Welcome to the Loyola Society Virtual Raffle and Silent Auction!

Thank you for participating in our first ever Loyola Society Mothers' Club Virtual Raffle and Silent Auction.  Basket items included in this event were donated for our 2020 Camellia Dinner that was cancelled this past spring due to the pandemic.  We are grateful for the generous donations from Cleveland businesses and individuals as well as parish basket donations.  Proceeds from this weeklong event will support Loyola Society's mission and will be disbursed back into our Saint Ignatius community based on the largest need. 

 

$2 per ticket for a chance to win one of the 17 amazing Raffle Baskets!

EVENT DURATION

September 15, 2020 at 8 p.m. to September 22 at 11:59 p.m.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1) Click the “Register to Participate” button in upper right-hand corner of screen.
2) Click the "Start Bidding" button in the upper right-hand corner.

3) Click the green “Create Account” button then enter your email address.
4) Wait for verification email (check your junk folder if you don’t receive it).
5) Follow verification link and complete form. Be sure to provide your mobile number.
6) Verify payment method, billing address, email and mobile number are correct. Click on grey boxes to update information. Your card will not be charged unless you purchase raffle tickets or win an auction item. 
7) Click on the “Start Bidding!” link to enter the Raffle and Silent Auction. 


Please note:  After the close of the event, Raffle Basket winners will be randomly drawn and Silent Auction winners will be billed.

 

WINNERS ANNOUNCED

On September 23, an email will be sent to all Saint Ignatius mothers announcing the Raffle Basket and Silent Auction winners. 2020 Saint Ignatius mothers who won a basket will receive a phone call.

 

WINNING BASKET PICK UP

Please pick up your winning basket at Saint Ignatius High School at the Main Reception Desk in the Main Building any weekday between 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. by September 29.  When you arrive, please ask for Laurie Hertelendy.
